Two coords, they are quiet the same, but I feel like blouse makes it look different, a bit more elegant.
The second one is casual and girly, and not that hot. It’s 28 degrees above zero in Beijing, so going out in blouse is too hot for me.

BTW, I’ve seen little lolita today! Girl, about 6-7 years old, was dressed like a little princess, and the dress didn’t look like it was carnival dress or something, it was really lolita style, like this one but all in pink. My respect to her mother!
